Senior AI Engineer - Fintech Start-Up 🇶🇦

We’ve partnered with a fast-growing fintech start-up in Doha, building AI-powered solutions to transform financial services across the region. As they scale, we’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our their tech team and drive the development of intelligent, customer-first products.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs and multimodal GenAI models for use cases in personalized financial advice, fraud detection, and customer engagement
• Work closely with data engineers and product teams to integrate AI into cloud-native fintech platforms
• Implement MLOps best practices for model lifecycle management, monitoring, and scalability
• Experiment with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and domain-specific knowledge integration
• Apply the latest research in transformers, embeddings, and generative pipelines to real-world fintech challenges

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in machine learning, NLP, and deep learning (TensorFlow / PyTorch)
• Experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, or multimodal AI)
• Skilled in Python and familiar with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, or Vertex AI
• Solid understanding of MLOps tools (Airflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) - GCP/Vertex AI is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, contributing across research, engineering, and product
• Bonus: Experience in fintech, financial modeling, or regulatory tech (RegTech)
