In this role you will…
- Actively participate in the ideation and organisation of research activities. You’ll learn from the team and contribute with your previous research experience.
- Start analysing and synthesising results using methods like textual analysis, empathy mapping, or experience journeys.
- Support the planning and conducting of research projects.
- Work with our team to use the research results to develop future recommendations.
- Contribute to an amazing team and enjoy using mixed methods in a variety of projects.
- A current student or graduate in design, design research, brand marketing, psychology, sociology, or ethnology.
- Someone who hasn’t necessarily had professional experience in research and / or design before but is deeply interested in learning the ‘how’ and ‘why’ of a brand or product’s success.
- An open mind keen to experiment with their research approach, such as mixing qualitative and quantitative methods, and wants to understand brands or the lifecycle of a product.
- Willingness to travel for research and workshops.
- Native German speaker or C2 level. Fluency in English.
- Basic coding and data analysis skills are mandatory.
- Availability for six months.
