IT Project Manager

We’re looking for a driven IT Project Manager to join a dynamic, international organization and play a key role in delivering complex IT initiatives that shape the company’s future. This is your chance to manage large-scale infrastructure, security, and software transformation projects in a collaborative, matrix environment.

As IT Project Manager, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of critical IT programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, transformation leads, architects, and cross-functional teams across multiple regions, driving impactful change in a fast-paced and innovative setting.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects aligned with strategic priorities and security/architecture standards.
• Oversee large legacy application migrations, regulatory compliance (e.g., DORA), and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including offshore teams, to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, risk logs, budgets, and communication plans.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, communicate progress effectively, and secure buy-in across business and IT teams.
• Ensure smooth transition from project delivery to operational mode.
• Act as a leader of change, proactively solving challenges and optimizing delivery processes.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years managing multiple complex projects in a matrix structure.
• Strong technical understanding; background in engineering, development, or IT security is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure upgrades, security enhancements, and software deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, ITIL, and project methodologies (Prince2 preferred).
• Excellent command of English; French and/or Dutch is a strong asset.
• Experience in finance or insurance sectors is highly advantageous.
