As an Integration Engineer, you will be responsible for the integrations between different IT applications used within an organization. You are utilizing the existing capabilities of the integration products and implementing robust, secure integrations in collaboration with business units and product teams. This role requires both technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of business processes. You will have the opportunity to work with various team members from IT and Business to support the operation and development of integrations as part of a dynamic international team.

How you create impact

• Collaborate with customers, IT colleagues, and other stakeholders to assess and define integration needs and advise on available standard solution options.
• Implement, test, and deploy the integration solution, ensuring it meets business requirements and internal technical standards.
• Set up and troubleshoot technical communication and connectivity with customers to facilitate secure data exchange.
• Assist in preparing and translating logical mapping instructions into a working solution that aligns with the project scope.
• Drive continuous improvement of our processes and working methods.
• Provide 3rd-level support and consulting on projects and system issues.
  
  

What we would like you to bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related area.
• 2+ years of experience with development in Python or script writing, along with experience in working with relational databases like PostgreSQL, including the ability to write, understand, and optimize complex SQL queries.
• Proficiency in end-to-end software development processes — design, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and documentation of integration solutions.
• Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and basic knowledge about message-driven APIs and the KAFKA protocol is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems like GIT.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to proactively analyse problems and provide practical solutions.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices in integration and automation.
