The Antler Residency

Start Date: 3rd of March, 2025

Location: Onsite at our office in Helsinki

Compensation: Participants will not receive financial compensation during the program. However, there is a potential for pre-seed investment to jumpstart your startup journey.

For our March 2025 cohort, we're looking for someone who:

• Experienced in the start-up ecosystem, with a business or technical background.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and build relationships across markets and functions.
• Experienced in engaging with leadership and venture capital stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of breaking down complex issues and bringing structure into business cases.
• Passionate about solving real-life pain points and challenges that industries and consumers face.
• Optional: have an idea that solves a problem you’re passionate about, but you understand the need for additional co-founders who share your vision and values.
