Back End Developer

Backend Developer – .NET | Oslo | Hybrid

I’m currently working with a client in Oslo who is building a brand-new digital product from scratch and looking for a Backend Developer to join their team. This is a greenfield project with long-term growth potential, offering the chance to shape modern solutions that will support both students and internal staff.

The Role

• Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications and APIs
• Build and manage REST APIs, microservices, and BFF APIs in Azure
• Implement new features and system improvements
• Debug, optimise, and document code
• Work with users to define requirements and user stories
• Ensure software quality through testing and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience with .NET technologies and frameworks
• Strong skills in C# and ASP.NET Core Web API
• Experience with cloud development (Azure or AWS)
• Familiarity with React, Cosmos DB, MSSQL Server, Azure
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (mandatory)
• Proficient in Norwegian (B2+) and English
