Data Scientist | FTE or Freelance | Kortrijk (3 days onsite)

Our client is building something exciting in the energy space, a team focused on making sense of markets, predicting prices, and shaping smarter trading algorithms.

Right now, we’re looking for a Data Scientist to join them. Someone who’s curious, analytical, and ready to bring machine learning to real-world energy challenges.

What you’ll be doing:

• Turning raw energy & market data into insights.
• Working on models for price prediction and trading strategies.
• Building and fine-tuning algorithms with Python + ML.
• Work in a team of 6 Data scientists.

What we think you’ll bring:

• A background in data science, analytics, or engineering.
• Strong Python & machine learning skills.
• Fluency in Dutch & English.
