Senior Data Product Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Data Product Manager to shape and drive the development of modern data products that empower smarter decisions and create data-driven experiences for customers. You’ll lead strategy, collaborate across teams, and bring strong product vision to how data is used throughout the business.

Must haves:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally focused on data products, platforms, or internal tooling
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, pipelines, and tooling (experience with Databricks or Azure is welcome, but not essential)
• Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and influence strategic direction
• Proven track record of translating business needs into scalable product solutions
• Skilled in leading technical delivery through prioritisation, structured thinking, and collaboration
• Competence with SQL and reasoning about data models
• Excellent communication skills with a structured approach to problem solving
• Experience working in a distributed, remote-first team environment

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with how data powers machine learning and AI use cases
• Hands-on exposure to data-driven customer features such as recommendations, automation, or predictive workflows
• Knowledge of governance models, tooling choices, and scaling data platforms
• Experience capturing and connecting data from both internal and external sources
