- Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement
- Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding
- Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress
- Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes
- Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals
- Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product
- Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes
- Engage with and support users to drive product adoption
- Proven record of driving business outcomes
- End to end experience working with design and engineering teams to build products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage high level stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines
- Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus
- Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus
- Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus
