About the Role:

We're looking for a UX/UI specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a unique creative touch. You will be in charge of the design process for a variety of digital goods, form design, audio integration, and mobile app experiences. This work includes both generating engaging, functional designs from the start and optimising existing ones.

What You’ll Do:

• Design digital interfaces, interactive forms, and visuals for web and mobile applications.
• Utilise design libraries (brand books, components, style guides) to maintain visual consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and smooth functionality.
• Execute multiple design solutions, analyze options, and present logical design decisions.
• Create graphics, illustrations, and animations to enhance the user experience.
• Continuously improve the design system, working with tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Apply auto-layout techniques and explore new functionalities to enhance usability.

What You Bring:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in UX/UI design, preferably in fast-paced, creative environments.
• Skills: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects), and a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
• Mindset: Initiative, creativity, and the ability to work independently without excessive supervision.
• Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with the design and development team.
• Curiosity: Eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about refining your craft.

Compensation:

From 3000 to 3300 EUR gross, with flexibility for negotiations based on your competencies.
