Context of the mission:
As “Technical Project Manager – SASE”, you will be responsible for managing project(s) within secure enterprise networking or cloud security transformations.
In collaboration with our Enterprise, IT, Cloud and Security architects, as well as infrastructure teams, PMO team and External suppliers; you will lead our SASE project(s), the deployment of the chosen SASE solution (whose procurement process is in progress) and its associated operationalization within BCL environment. You will, in this context, ensure the compliance of the project with BCL project governance.
Tasks and responsibilities
As “Technical Project Manager – SASE”, you
- Ensure the compliance of the project with BCL project governance (deliver reporting, deliver BCL projects documents, follow up and such).
- Ensure that project(s) produce the agreed deliverables to the required quality standards within the specified time, resource and cost constraints.
- Drive the integration of SASE solution, ensuring alignment with institutional policies, compliance requirements, and operational resilience.
- Plan, manage, monitor the SASE project(s) in close cooperation with the sponsoring business area(s), architecture and PMO sections.
- Develop project plans, coordinate project tasks with internal resources and externally suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers, coordinate and supervise the work of external consultants and ensure that contract and procurement requirements are met.
- Mitigate project related risks, oversee project budgets/costs.
- Report the project status (status, risks, issues, schedule, deliverables, financials, changes) to steering bodies and the PMO.
- Prepare, animate and participate, with PMO support, to the Project Steering Committee.
Required Skills

Key Qualifications & Experience
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience in government or regulated industries (eg, healthcare, finance, or public administration) will be considered a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of SASE concepts, familiarity with main SASE solutions and project management
- High level of seniority, paired with expertise in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architectures, encompassing both its foundational principles and practical deployment challenges.
- Demonstrate a proven experience in successfully delivering projects of comparable scope and complexity, particularly within secure enterprise networking or cloud security transformations.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, of which at least 6 years as a technical project management in similar area.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools and techniques.
Technical & Vendor Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with leading SASE solutions (eg, Cato Networks, Cisco Umbrella/SSE, Netskope, Palo Alto Prisma SASE, Zscaler, or equivalent platforms) is expected.
