Senior Information Technology Project Manager (Payment and Cash Management)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives within Global Banking Payments and Cash Management. The successful candidate will drive strategy, execution, and delivery of digital solutions, ensuring competitiveness in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional IT project teams, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage stakeholders at senior leadership, business, and vendor levels.
• Drive change management and ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Monitor risks, compliance, and establish KPIs to track project success.
• Collaborate with vendors, manage RFPs, and ensure governance adherence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; minimum 12 years’ experience in IT project management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale transformation projects in Payments & Cash Management.
• Strong knowledge of APAC cash management, payment infrastructures, systems, and industry standards.
• Familiarity with digital technologies (cloud, AI, data analytics), SDLC/Agile methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage offshore teams.
