Project Manager

We are looking for a freelance Project Manager to strengthen the delivery of backend software solutions in the electric vehicles (EV) domain. In this role you'll coordinate two agile development teams and make sure their work connects smoothly with frontend, infrastructure, and compliance stakeholders across Europe.

• Guide delivery for two Scrum teams (approx. 9-10 people each).

• Lead quarterly planning and make sure objectives are achieved on time and within scope.

• Keep track of KPIs, prepare clear progress reports, and share updates with senior stakeholders.

• Identify issues and risks early, and work on practical solutions.

• Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders in Belgium, Italy, Greece, and Poland.

• Contribute to long-term roadmap planning and cross-team alignment.
  
  

• At least 5 years' experience in IT project management, ideally in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong knowledge of Jira / Confluence and comfortable with MS Teams / Office 365.

• Skilled in reporting, data visualization, and stakeholder communication.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Able to work independently in a complex, international setup.
  
  

• Full-time assignment, fully remote

• Initial duration of 12 months, with extension option

• Work on an international EV program with impact across multiple markets
