UX/UI Designer Microsoft Power Platform - Contract

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive and engaging interfaces for Microsoft low-code Power Platform applications. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for low-code/no-code environments and a strong understanding of user-centred design principles. Please note - This is a hybrid contract role with an expectation to go onsite to the office in Central Dublin, Ireland, during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Power Apps canvas, model-driven, and portal applications. 
• Design user interfaces for Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, developers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and consistency across applications
• Maintain design systems and UI standards for Power Platform solutions

Required Skills:

• Experience designing for Microsoft Power Apps and Microsoft 365 environments
• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
• Experience designing user experiences for business applications
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
