About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our talented team in Barcelona.

At BLING, we care immensely about creating an exceptional user experience. As Senior Product Designer, you will transform user needs into intuitive and appealing solutions. You will work directly with the Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams suggesting new iterations on the app's design, create new features and leverage from discovery data to help create the most incredible digital product that is disrupting the market.

What you will be doing

Working in a collaborative and fast paced environment, you will work through design problems from beginning to end. You will be the user’s voice on your team, translating insights into new features and improved experiences, finally designing the flows, detailed interactions, and pixel-perfect mockups that engineers can implement.

You will be involved in the following tasks:

• Identifying user pain points and opportunities through user research or other discovery methods, suggesting new iterations on the app's design and new features.
• Using Design Thinking to create appealing experiences that balance short-term product design needs with the long-term product vision.
• Creating user flows, high fidelity prototypes and other tools to illustrate effectively your design ideas and concepts.
• Collaborating closely with the Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams. Leading your design feedback sessions to present your designs and communicate your decisions. You’ll collaborate with the team to create the best possible experience.
• Hand-off and support implementation with the engineering team.
• Create illustrations, icons and animations that enhance the user experience.
• Contribute, manage and scale the design system.

Your required skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer in B2C environments
• Experience designing on multiple platforms with state of the art tools and methodologies, with a focus on mobile apps
• Master design tools such as Figma and Figjam
• Capacity to solve complex design challenges fast
• Strong experience in UX Research
• Strong team player as well as autonomous in execution
• Consider the big picture when making design decisions
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (minimum C1 level)

The following skills would be a plus:

• Knowledge on Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)
• UX writing experience
• Experience in managing a small team
