Project Manager

We are currently seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience in large scale projects requiring coordination of different teams in one or more ICT domains to support a prestigious European Institution in Luxembourg. 🔍🇪🇺

🖥️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage projects from the development of the project charter to the completion of all activities;
• Make proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow-up and organisation;
• Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings;
• Monitor results including costs, timescales and resources used, and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.

📝 REQUIREMENTS:

• 6+ years of experience in Project Management roles;
• Excellent knowledge of one or more Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Prince2, PM2);
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant fields;
• Fluency in English (C1) and French (preferred);
• Ability to work in multicultural and international settings.

This is a hybrid role, requiring on-site presence at the Luxembourg office 1/2 days per week. 📍
