Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with strong experience in Pharma and Industrial Control Systems. In this role, you will lead innovative IT and automation projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within a highly regulated life sciences environment. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering transformative solutions that support healthcare advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including goals, scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Lead and oversee project teams, ensuring clear roles, effective collaboration, and timely delivery.
• Identify and manage stakeholders, establish communication channels, and align expectations.
• Proactively identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure delivery within allocated resources.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes, conduct reviews, and address deficiencies.
• Monitor progress, track milestones, and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.
• Evaluate and manage change requests with minimal disruption to project timelines.
• Maintain accurate and accessible project documentation, including closure reports and lessons learned.

Who You Are

• Strong domain knowledge in pharmaceuticals and/or industrial control systems.
• Familiar with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Highly organized with strong planning, resource management, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communicator with experience in negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration.
• Analytical, solution-oriented, and customer-focused with an agile mindset.
• Driven, adaptable, and able to deliver effective outcomes in complex environments.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record of delivering critical projects.
• Strong background in Computer Systems Validation (CSV), GxP compliance, control systems, and automation.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (preferably Life Sciences).
• PMP certification and ITIL knowledge are strong assets.
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is a plus.
• Flexibility to attend virtual meetings outside normal hours and respond to escalations in case of major incidents.
