Head of Data & Analytics

Quotacom is excited to partner with a world-leading energy company, supporting their strategic digital transformation. We're seeking a Global Head of Data & Analytics to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of advanced data solutions across their business units, delivering impactful and measurable results.

In this senior leadership role, you'll lead a talented team, collaborating with digital and innovation partners to unlock the power of data, AI, and analytics. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, enhancing efficiency and business value through cutting-edge data strategies. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of data capabilities and innovation within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Manage a portfolio of D&A initiatives, ensuring high impact and value creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business and digital teams to identify opportunities for data-driven growth.
• Build and enhance data infrastructure, governance, and AI environments.
• Develop and implement a data capability framework to drive maturity across the business.
• Oversee a dynamic team of internal experts and external partners, ensuring excellence in delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience in senior data & analytics roles.
• Strong leadership in delivering strategic data initiatives with business impact.
• Expertise in data governance, big data technologies, and analytics tools (Azure, PowerBI, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, lead teams, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• A strong business acumen with a vision for data-driven innovation.
