## Role Overview

We are seeking a Research Analyst with a strong passion for crypto and digital assets. This is a unique opportunity to join an investment team at the cutting edge of blockchain innovation. The ideal candidate is “crypto native,” with hands-on experience in trading, researching tokens, and a keen interest in emerging trends and projects.

## Key Responsibilities

- *Token Research:* Conduct deep analysis of public blockchain projects and tokens. Evaluate market trends, tokenomics, project fundamentals, and ecosystem activity.

- *Investment Thesis Development:* Collaborate with the investment team to build and refine investment theses for new and existing opportunities.

- *Deal Sourcing:* Identify and assess promising projects and founders through direct outreach and community engagement.

- *Market Monitoring:* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in crypto and blockchain, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and community sentiment.

- *Report Writing:* Produce high-quality written research reports, investment memos, and market updates for internal and external stakeholders.

- *Collaboration:* Work closely with senior analysts and partners to support the investment process, from initial sourcing to due diligence.

- *Community Engagement:* Participate in relevant forums, social media, and events to maintain a pulse on the crypto ecosystem.

## Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in crypto trading or investing, either professionally or personally.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.

- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce professional research reports and memos.

- Deep familiarity with blockchain technology, tokenomics, DeFi, and emerging Web3 trends.

- Self-starter attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

## Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in a research, analyst, or investment role (internships, freelance, or personal projects count).

- Familiarity with both public tokens and some private investment opportunities.
