For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, or similar
• At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Professional experience with React development
• Advanced experience with Python and Django
• Implementation of agent orchestration pipelines using frameworks such as LangGraph
• Experience with Haystack, vector databases, and RAG methodology (chunking, indexing, and search — open search, hybrid search, etc.)
• Development in microservices architecture
• Creation and integration of REST APIs with internal services and business systems
• Ability to integrate with AI Foundry (LLMs)
• Development and monitoring of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with code versioning tools (Git)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (B2)
• Availability for hybrid or remote work based in Portugal
