About the role
We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our Business Enablement team, providing administrative support across multiple projects. As a central figure, you will liaise with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.

Responsibilities
- Provide extensive administrative support to assigned projects
- Assist project teams by managing timelines, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and maintaining calendars
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates, facilitating daily interactions
- Maintain and update project data in our CRM system
- Prepare for meetings, including creating presentations and organizing materials
- Perform various tasks such as sales monitoring, data compilation, and managing digital tools

Requirements
- 10+ years’ of experience working in a high-performance environment as an Executive Assistant or Project Coordinator
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills in both Swedish and English. Proficiency in Swedish at a professional level is required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Exceptional organisational abilities, with strong attention to detail and effective prioritization skills
