Your challenges will consist in:

• Responsible for the successful realisation of the project (planning, coordinating and implementing) on time, scope & budget
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Monitor project deliverables
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to reduce project risks
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• You act as a leader and as a coach to your project team members

Who you are

• Master’s degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent
• 3 to 8 years of experience as Project Manager or Program Manager
• Strive for excellence, can-do attitude
• Ability to communicate strategically with various stakeholders including a business audience
• Result oriented, supported by analytical and critical thinking
• Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to a new environment
• Knowledge in or interest for Agile, PMI, Prince 2 is an asset
• Able to speak fluently in French & English, Dutch is a major asset
