The role will require you to be CGI qualified and to have worked with regulated Boards and Committees. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to build effective relationships with the Board and Chair.
The role will support the strong governance and control framework in place across the organisation by adherence to the processes and procedures to meet all regulatory and statutory obligations. It will involve actively developing and improving processes and controls in response to regulatory and industry changes, and as directed by the Boards and the business.
