Job Description

To accelerate the digital transformation of our processes, we are establishing a new Business Unit and seeking motivated individuals to join us as Junior Digital Transformation Technician. In this role, you will work closely with the logistics, administration, sales, and IT teams.

No prior professional experience is required; instead, we value curiosity, initiative, and strong analytical skills.

ACTIVITIES

Mapping "as-is" processes through interviews, direct observation, and diagrams.
Proposing process improvements and optimizations ("to-be").
Developing and maintaining simple internal applications to support logistics (shipping, tracking, accounting).
Supporting integration with external platforms (e.g., tracking, pricing, ERP).
Measuring performance (time, errors, SLAs).
Supporting the creation and management of digital workflows (approvals, archiving, electronic signatures).
Using tools like Power Automate, WEBCON, or basic scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, PHP).
Testing, debugging, and documenting code.
Collaborating with the team for scouting and experimenting with new technologies (AI, RPA, BI).
Providing basic user training and support during the go-live phases.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive).
At least minimal knowledge of APIs, SQL, and JSON.
Aptitude for learning and experimentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of technical English.
Analytical mindset and a problem-solving approach.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS (not Mandatory)

Experience with Power Automate, WEBCON, and Power Apps.
Basic knowledge of Python, Ruby, and PHP.
Experience with versioning tools (e.g., Git, GitLab).
Basic knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development principles.
