EPM Senior Manager

Who is the company and what is the context?

Our client is a well-established consultancy specialising in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. They work with leading organisations to improve financial planning, reporting, and performance processes using platforms like OneStream. As part of their strategic growth in the Nordics, they are looking to hire a Senior Manager with a strong focus on business development to help expand their client base and lead key engagements, as well as leading EPM project management.

What will I be doing?

As a Senior Manager, you’ll take on a dual role — delivering high-impact EPM projects while driving business growth in the Nordic market. You’ll:

• Lead and oversee EPM implementations and transformations (planning, forecasting, consolidation, etc.)
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and manage key accounts
• Identify new opportunities, contribute to proposals, and support pre-sales efforts
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and help shape service offerings
• Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to grow internal capability

What kind of skills and background will I need to have?

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Extensive experience in EPM consulting or project management, ideally with platforms like OneStream, Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, Tagetik, or Anaplan
• A proven ability to develop new business and grow existing client accounts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a senior, client-facing role
• A relevant academic background in finance, business, or IT
