Top Responsibilities:
•In charge of recruitment and selection for all company positions: Frontend and Backend Developers, QA, PM, and UX/UI Designers.
•Comprehensive monitoring of the entire selection process, ensuring compliance with each stage.
•Definition of profiles and writing of job descriptions.
•Posting vacancies and hiring candidates through various platforms: LinkedIn, social networks, job portals, and universities.
•CV filtering and evaluation.
•Conducting individual interviews.
•Salary offer negotiation.
•Proposing improvements and contributing to the development of our organizational culture, aligned with the company’s global vision.
Soft skills requirements:
•We are looking for people with excellent communication skills, proactive, flexible and easy to work in a team.
•With customer orientation and high-quality standards
Technical skills requirements
•+4 years of experience as an IT Recruiter (Frontend and Backend Developers, QA, PM, and UX/UI Designers).
•Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to issuing the offer.
•Hands-on experience collaborating with internal business units or clients on the agency side, assisting with prioritization and escalations.
•Strong knowledge of candidate search techniques, including HR/recruitment database systems and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
•English proficiency.
•Proficient in Jira.
•Bachelor’s degree or advanced studies in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
Optional requirements
•Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) applied to people management.
•Experience managing organizational or cultural transformation projects.
•Skills in people analytics and HR dashboard management.
•Additional training in coaching, leadership, or organizational development.
