About the Role

 

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our software engineering teams in the development and delivery of our own IP products. The Engineering Manager will play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring technical excellence, and embedding DevOps practices across the team. This includes managing CI/CD processes, monitoring and observability, and overseeing the technical administration of software across the full DTAP (Development, Test, Acceptance, Production) street.


 

Your Responsibilities

 

·      Lead, mentor, and grow multidisciplinary development teams to deliver high-quality IP products

·      Drive the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment and support

·      Implement and maintain DevOps practices, ensuring automation, scalability, and reliability

·      Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient and safe delivery of features and updates

·      Oversee technical administration and stability of all environments across the DTAP street

·      Implement effective monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and proactive issue resolution

·      Collaborate with product management, architecture, and operations teams to align technical execution with business goals

·      Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and compliance requirements

·      Continuously evaluate tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency and product quality

 

What You Bring

 

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

·      Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Team Lead, or similar leadership role in software product development

·      Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and environment management

·      Experience with DTAP setups, including deployment strategies, rollback mechanisms, and environment consistency

·      Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

·      Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

·      Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog)

·      Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Agile / Scrum methodology experience

·      A good command of English, both spoken and written

The salary range for this role is EUR 6,000–7,500 gross per month, depending on your experience and interview results.
