Your Role: Elevate Network Experiences on the World’s Finest Yachts

As a Network Engineer at ONEXP, you’ll build and support reliable, secure networks tailored to the unique demands of superyachts. Working amongst others with Cisco, Fortinet, storage solutions, Wi-Fi , and routing hardware, you will ensure onboard systems run smoothly both remotely and on-site. This role offers hands-on exposure and growth opportunities on international projects—ideal for someone ready to take their career to sea and beyond.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in designing, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure based on Cisco routing and switching, Fortinet firewalls, Wi-Fi, and storage solutions, but also cybersecurity;
• Support installation and troubleshooting efforts, including pre-testing and on-site commissioning of network systems;
• Collaborate closely with our Audiovisual team;
• Travel nationally and internationally to support and assist with project rollouts;
• Document system configurations, fixes, and lessons learned clearly for the team;
• Contribute to special projects involving AV, simulators, or customized technology integration as skills grow.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid experience in enterprise network environments, ideally with Cisco and Fortinet exposure;
• Strong knowledge of storage systems, Wi-Fi technologies, security and routing/switching;
• A problem-solver who learns quickly, communicates well, and enjoys working across cultures and teams;
• Ready and willing to travel internationally regularly;
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.
