Job Description
- Manage the global network infrastructure (routing, switching, firewall, Wi-Fi, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN)
- Oversee network security and access control (802.1X)
- Provide, optimize, and further develop existing technical services to ensure secure and highly available operations
- Analyze and resolve system disruptions at the 3rd-level support tier
- Take significant responsibility for upcoming projects
- Monitor, optimize, and document the network infrastructure
- Collaborate and coordinate with both external and internal partners
- Completed technical education with a focus on IT and several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Expertise in various network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, cloud security, etc.)
- Proficient in English and German, both written and spoken
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
