React Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance web applications using React (front-end) and Django (back-end)
• Contribute to the full development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, integration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Ensure seamless integration within the bank’s IT architecture
• Apply Agile/Scrum practices and actively engage in team ceremonies
• Share knowledge, promote continuous learning, and contribute to team success

Experience Required

• 4+ years of experience in React front-end development (senior/expert level)
• Experience with Django (junior to senior level)
• Strong background in Python software engineering
• Proficiency with Git/GitLab and CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of Agile methodology

Nice to Have / Soft Skills

• Experience in MLOps or DevOps
• Certifications in Python, Linux system administration, or networking
• Strong team player, proactive, and results-driven
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
