The focus is on developing high-quality, interactive online solutions for projects in culture, education, and science - ranging from museum websites to learning apps and educational platforms.
What you’ll do:
- Design and plan user-friendly websites, applications, and mobile tools with a strong focus on learning and cultural engagement.
- Lead concept workshops with clients, present design strategies, and maintain clear communication throughout projects.
- Advise clients on UX-related topics such as usability, accessibility, design trends, SEO, and mobile user behavior.
- Create prototypes and user-centered interfaces using tools like Axure.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and developers to deliver outstanding results.
- Develop and present drafts, final concepts, and polished UI designs.
- Design modern interfaces using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud, in coordination with other UI designers.
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in an agency environment.
- Solid expertise in UX methodologies such as personas, customer journeys, prototyping, wireframes, and user flows.
- A strong interest in digital culture, education, and aesthetics, with a feel for the needs of diverse audiences.
- A digital mindset—you stay curious about user habits, love testing solutions across devices, and notice what makes design work.
- A holistic understanding of how UX, UI, and marketing interact.
- A degree in communication design, digital media, or a comparable field (a Usability Professional certification is a plus).
- Confidence in leading workshops and presenting ideas with a clear, professional presence.
- A structured, efficient, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Fluency in German, with strong communication skills in English as well.
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe CC, and at least one wireframing tool (Axure preferred).
What’s on offer:
- A supportive, collaborative team with a positive spirit.
- Clients working on meaningful cultural and educational projects.
- Flexible working hours and the option to work from home.
- Opportunities for professional growth through training, workshops, and conference participation.
- A modern, creative office environment in Berlin designed for collaborative and innovative work.
