Global Operations Data Analyst

We are currently looking for a Global Operations Data Analyst to join one of our global IT clients in Dublin. This is a contract position with a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver analysis to improve efficiency across global operations.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to track performance and impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Policy) to identify improvements.
• Support leadership with operational insights for decision-making.
• Conduct deep-dives into data to highlight risks and gaps.

Key Skills:

• Strong analytical background with SQL and Excel/Sheets (Python/R a plus).
• Dashboarding experience (Tableau, Power BI or similar).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Experience:

• 5+ years in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Operations Analytics.
