Responsibilities
- Review consumer applications, complaints, and disputes in accordance with Lithuanian legislation
- Provide assistance to colleagues in matters related to personal data protection
- Supervise and coordinate audits conducted by state regulatory bodies
- Perform legal review and analysis of public procurement documentation
- Represent the company’s interests with state and local government bodies
Qualifications
- University degree in law
- At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution
- Knowledge of legislation applicable to retail and consumer rights (will be regarded as an advantage)
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
