Responsibilities

• Review consumer applications, complaints, and disputes in accordance with Lithuanian legislation
• Provide assistance to colleagues in matters related to personal data protection
• Supervise and coordinate audits conducted by state regulatory bodies
• Perform legal review and analysis of public procurement documentation
• Represent the company’s interests with state and local government bodies

Qualifications

• University degree in law
• At least 3 years of experience as a lawyer
• Experience in litigation and dispute resolution
• Knowledge of legislation applicable to retail and consumer rights (will be regarded as an advantage)
• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English
