Position: Data & Analytics Project/Service Manager in Amadora (4 days of remote flexibility).
Role Overview: Lead Sales Data operations, connecting business stakeholders and IT to drive data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of assigned services within the Sales Data landscape.
- Coordinate and lead a team of developers to build and maintain data models and create interactive dashboards.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, simplifying technical concepts into business language.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Champion agile work practices and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Management, Sales, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT product or service management.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical details into business insights.
- Experience in leading teams, preferably in a global context.
- Knowledge of data architecture and data modeling (a plus).
- Hands-on experience with data modeling and dashboard creation.
- Passion for using data in business decision-making.
- Agile mindset and experience with agile methodologies.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
