Tech Lead - C# and .NET

🚀 We are hiring: C# .NET Tech Lead / Senior Developer

We are looking for a C# .NET Tech Lead to work closely with business stakeholders and deliver scalable, efficient, and innovative software solutions in an agile environment.

💼 Role Overview

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications
• Collaborate directly with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Cover full SDLC: specification, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Drive incident analysis, bug fixing, and problem resolution
• Contribute to business process engineering and continuous improvement initiatives

🧠 What we’re looking for

• 🟦 8+ years experience with C# .NET
• 🟦 2+ years experience as Tech Lead (for Lead level roles)
• 🟦 Strong experience in .NET Core / .NET 8+ Web Applications
• 🟦 Solid understanding of architectural patterns and coding standards
• 🟦 Experience working in Agile environments

💻 Additional Technical Skills

• ⚙️ JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• ⚙️ CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, automated deployments)
• ⚙️ Cloud exposure (AWS – Aurora, Lambda, etc.)
• ⚙️ Strong debugging and incident analysis skills
