Data Analyst

• DECSKILL TALENT, through which we provide our clients with an extension to their IT teams;

• DECSKILL BOOST, through which we provide our client with software development models to increase capacity and optimize Time-to-Market, where we create and manage teams that deliver according to their needs, at the desired speed;

• DECSKILL CONNECT through which we provide our client with consulting services, as well as the implementation and management of information technology infrastructures.

We are looking for an Data Analyst!

Responsabilities:

• Participate in the development, deployment, configuration, review, maintenance, testing and documenting of programs in compliance with internal guidelines, specifications provided, the deadlines and different quality standards.
• Work with BA engineering team, back-end and front end developers to ensure seamless and performant integration.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot and debug including performance optimization.
• Work in an agile context in direct collaboration with many people included in the project.
• Working in direct collaboration with Business, Product Owner and Developers.
• Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Computing, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
• Experience in any data visualization tool such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in data analysis with programming, preferably Python (Pandas)
• Proficiency in SQL
• Knowledge of descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing is a plus
• Knowledge in Big Data technology such as Pyspark, Presto and Airflow is a plus
• Knowledge of Power Query and DAX is a plus
• Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and clients.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Autonomy and ownership of projects.
• Passion for international projects and open to occasional travel.
• Willingness to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
• Problem solver mindset.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Availability to travel (short-term periods).
• Fluent in English.
