Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Specialist with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI) to drive innovation and AI adoption across our organization. This role will identify high-value GenAI use cases, advise departments on AI-driven solutions, lead AI projects, and stay at the forefront of emerging GenAI technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in large language models (LLMs), generative AI frameworks, multimodal AI, and AI automation , along with the ability to translate these into practical business applications that enhance efficiency, creativity, and decision-making.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and integrate AI-powered solutions that optimize operations, enhance customer engagement, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or natural language processing (NLP).
  • Proven experience working with LLMs, text-to-image models, and generative AI applications.
  • Strong understanding of deep learning, transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and diffusion models.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI) and MLOps best practices.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
  • Experience working with APIs for OpenAI, Anthropic, Cohere, and Stability AI.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
  • Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB) for efficient AI search and retrieval.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, AI ethics, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, CCPA).

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented AI mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to drive AI adoption and manage change across teams.
  • Project management skills with experience in leading AI initiatives across an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in AI/ML (e.g., Google Professional ML Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning, OpenAI API Certification).
  • Experience in deploying AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, or personalized AI solutions.
  • Background in digital transformation, AI-driven content creation, or AI-enhanced customer experience.
  • Experience with multi-agent AI systems, self-learning models, and real-time AI applications.
