Private Equity Analyst

Our Client, a leading Private Equity firm based in Stockholm, specializing in investments across the infrastructure sector. Their focus is on long-term, sustainable investments that create value across transport, energy, digital, and social infrastructure. With a solid track record of successful acquisitions and growth within Nordic and European markets, they are expanding their team of high-performing professionals. They are seeking a professional with 1-4 years of experience to join their dynamic team as a Private Equity Analyst/Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis on potential investment opportunities in infrastructure.
• Perform due diligence, including market research, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Work closely with senior team members on the execution of transactions, including deal structuring and negotiation.
• Monitor and manage portfolio company performance, providing insights and reporting on key financial metrics.
• Collaborate across teams to support the entire lifecycle of investments, from acquisition to exit.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience in investment banking, ideally with exposure to infrastructure, energy, or transport sectors.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with the Nordic infrastructure market and a keen interest in sustainable investments.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
