About the role

Join the Digital Channel Management team, where we shape the future of client engagement through innovative digital experiences. As Product Manager for the Mobile App, you’ll lead the evolution of our mobile product ensuring it delivers frictionless, exciting and secure experience. Collaborating closely with other Product Managers and our UX team, you’ll drive the mobile strategy and vision that powers Sygnum’s growth globally leveraging this new digital channel.

In this role, you will:

• Define and own the mobile app product vision and roadmap
• Shape a lean MVP that delivers client value and meets regulatory standards
• Lead collaboration across internal stakeholders, designers and engineers
• Translate business goals and client needs into actionable user stories and requirements
• Coordinate integration with backend infrastructure and services
• Drive go-to-market planning and stakeholder readiness
• Take long-term product ownership post-launch and continuously enhance the app

Our ideal candidate

• Proven experience leading mobile app development from concept to launch
• 5+ years hands-on experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in digital products, ideally in fintech or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of mobile technologies, architecture, release cycles and UX best practices
• Experience with Agile Development (e.g. Scrum)
• Strong skills in requirements engineering and collaborating closely with technical teams and UX designers
• Skilled in managing external vendors and working with hybrid (internal/external) teams
• Structured, proactive with excellent communication and influencing skills
• Pragmatic and data driven delivery approach with focus on maximizing value for clients
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a startup environment with a strong enthusiasm for blockchain and digital assets
• Experience in the financial services industry, especially private banking
• Technical background in mobile technologies, especially React Native
• Relevant certifications (e.g. Product Manager or Product Owner)
