Greenvolt is seeking a Project Manager who will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from origination to ready to build (RtB) status.
Key Accountabilities
Greenvolt is seeking a Project Manager who will often manage multiple projects at different development stage, from origination to ready to build (RtB) status.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and control assigned Greenfield development and Co-development activities
- Identify potential sites where wind, solar and BESS project could be developed
- Support origination department in securing the land and getting municipality approval
- Manage the development of the project, once it enters into development and until Ready to Build status
- Manage all the external stakeholders that will carry out on-site studies: environmental, landscape, noise, agricultural, ..
- Manage the relationship with local municipalities, with the public and with the administration
- Manage project development timeline, project risks and project budget
- Preparation of monthly reporting for its projects
- Supporting M&A activities
- Verify and validate additions to filed Projects when requested by authorizing bodies
- Attend Conferences of Services organized by the authorizing bodies
- Ensure all that is necessary for the safe and quality development of the entrusted line of Business
- University Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of the energy market
- Positive leadership

- Responsibility
- Proactivity and ability to work as a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Availability to travel
- Good English language skills (written/spoken is a must)
