Job Description

We are currently looking for Process Analyst, who join our IOS Security Team, Secure Excellence Center. Your role would be to analize, design, implement continuously improve processes across departments to improve efficiency and enhance performance.

Your Mission

  • Process evaluation & analysis - analyze existing processes, identify bottlenecks, map out existing, collect data, process diagrams, flow charts;
  • Process design and improvement - develop new processes, optimize existing processes, implement best practices, recommend automation, collaborate with other teams;
  • Implementation and change management - lead rollout, create SOPs, provide training;
  • Monitoring and reporting - track process performance metrics, ensure compliance, maintain SOPs.
  • Stakeholder collaboration - act as a liaison, facilitate engagement, foster continuous improvements
  • Technology & tools - continuously evaluate the use of tools to enhance processes.

To Suceed At This Position You Should Have Following

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: previous experience in process analysis, business analysis, operations roles;
  • experience with process modeling.
  • Strong analytical skill, data analysis and reporting'
  • Process mapping and workflow optimization;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure whilst dealing with multiple issues
  • Familiarly with ITIL practices;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests;
  • Knowledge of operating systems and office application;
  • Understanding of using security applications is an advantage.
  • English, Latvian full professional capacity;
  • French or Spanish is an advantage.
  • Possess strong communication skills in both the written and verbal format, in all delivery formats (i.e. in person, via radio, via telephone etc.);
  • Strong self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised;
  • To work under pressure and be solid problem-solver;
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.

The role is located in Riga, Latvia. We are working mainly at the office, especially at the beginning thanks to smoother knowledge transition during job shadowing :) Work is in typical business hours (8:30-17:00), Monday-Friday. We propose cooperation based on salary agreement with salary ranges: 1800-1950 EUR gross/monthly.
