Responsibilities:

• Lead the team responsible for the platform (3-5 people).
• Act as an owner of the iGaming platform product backlog, prioritize, and take decisions on what’s important.
• Split big initiatives into smaller parts and phases, plan releases, analyze features performance.
• Represent the iGaming platform perspective in cross-functional projects from our roadmap.
• Problem-solving; you will be the one to highlight risks and opportunities.
• Develop conceptual ideas for the future when it comes to features, user journeys and product features.
• Manage full lifecycle software development process within the iGaming platform developers’ team.
• Communicate with stakeholders and other involved parties.
• Ensure all product documentation is well prepared and kept up to date.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years experience in leading mid and senior level developers.
• Be familiar with concepts and tools like .NET build and deployment process, SQL, Clickhouse, NuGets, NPM, GitLab, Jira.
• Excellent planning skills, breaking major projects into smaller tasks for the development team.
• Experience in managing product backlog and roadmap.
• Team player - you will be the point of contact for various different teams across the company.
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to details.
• Data-driven mindset.

Monthly salary range for this position: €3500-5000 (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
