ServiceNow Developer

As part of the ongoing operations of the CTS platform and its success, the Client is looking to strengthen the Snow Administrator team.

Responsibilities:

As a ServiceNow Developer, their tasks will consist of designing, developing, building, and customizing the platform's service catalog.

They will create and customize new catalog items and flows to support ITIL processes such as service requests, incidents, and changes.

They will assist and manage application updates, data loading, and maintenance.

They will be responsible for daily support and maintenance operations.

Knowledge of ITSM applications:

• Incidents
• Service Catalog
• Change
• Knowledge of flow design

Experience in creating catalog items:

• Analysis with service owners
• Proposing technical solutions
• Writing analysis documents for forms and workflows
• Form creation
• Flow creation
• Unit testing
• Good command of scripting (UI, Client, BR, ACL)

Certifications:

• ServiceNow CSA
• Any certification on existing specialized ServiceNow applications (advantage)
