The Role

• Design for Impact: You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex data and user needs into clear, elegant, and effective user interfaces.
• User-Centered Design: You'll conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand customer pain points and validate design decisions.
• Prototyping and Iteration: You'll create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
• Collaboration: You'll collaborate with a cross-functional group of engineers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented to a high standard.
• Maintain Design Consistency: You'll contribute to and maintain the design system to ensure a cohesive and consistent user experience across all products.
• Measure Success: You'll partner with the product team to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics related to the user experience.

Your Profile

• A portfolio showcasing your work in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a focus on data-heavy or B2B SaaS products.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• A strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A dynamic, innovative mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers and product managers.
