Information Security Officer

We are looking for an experienced Information Security professional with a strong background in information security management, data protection, and IT/OT security practices. In this role, you will be responsible for building, operating, and continuously improving the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with the ISO 27001 standard, conducting internal security audits, and supporting the development of an organization-wide security strategy.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in cybersecurity, particularly with ISO 27001 implementation, working in industrial IT/OT environments, and applying effective, cost-efficient security controls. Experience in risk assessment, designing security concepts for projects, and training employees on ICT security and data protection is essential. Strong analytical skills, a structured working style, and a high sense of responsibility are required. Fluency in German and the ability to understand technical documents in English are also mandatory.
