Senior Clinical Project Manager

The opportunity to join a family-owned business as a Snr Clinical Project Manager ,shaping life-saving therapies while working in a collaborative, people-focused environment. This role offers the chance to lead meaningful work in clinical development whilst remaining commutable from Zurich.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and oversee global Phase I–IV GCP clinical studies.
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to protocols and study objectives.
• Analyse and interpret clinical data; prepare study reports and submissions for authorities.
• Manage study budgets, vendor relationships, and CRO oversight.
• Represent clinical research in meetings with regulatory bodies and at scientific congresses.
• Contribute to publications and maintain up-to-date scientific and regulatory knowledge.

Profile / Must Haves:

• PhD or MD with 10+ years’ clinical research experience in pharma/biotech.
• Strong expertise in project management, vendor management, and CRO oversight.
• Proven track record in Phase I–IV clinical trial leadership.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial methodology.
• Fluent English & German (B level minimum) written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% with full-time on-site presence.
