Back End Developer

Must have:

10+ years of professional experience as a backend engineer, developing technically advanced products

Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js

Strong experience with containers and Kubernetes.

- Container runtimes such as containerd

- Cluster setup, configuration, troubleshooting and application deployment using tools like Helm

- Securing service-to-service communication using certificates (TLS/mTLS) and authentication methods

- Networking concepts related to containerized environments (e.g., service discovery, DNS, routing, and security policies)

Skilled in AWS or other public cloud environments

Proficient in Linux (systemd, shell scripting, and general system troubleshooting)

Experience with databases such as etcd, MySQL and PostgreSQL

Strong belief that testing is an integral part of the development process, with hands-on experience writing both unit tests (e.g., using Jest or similar frameworks) and functional/end-to-end tests (e.g., with Playwright or equivalent)

Nice to have: Experience with frontend development (React, Material UI) or with metrics and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar) would be a valuable complement to your core skills.
