We are looking for an exceptionally talented, HR-passionate, dynamic with proactive approach individual to join our company for the HR Manager for Commercial role in Warsaw.

As HR Manager you will be an advisor to Commercial managers, sharing and developing strong HR experience and expertise. You will develop and execute business strategy focused on people development, training, organizational effectiveness, performance & talent management, succession planning and employee engagement. You’ll provide thought leadership, guidance, and support to executives, leaders, and employees at all levels of the organization on HR/people related matters.
Key ingredients:
- Act as a partner to our managers through the resolution on a variety of employee and organizational issues, including headcount planning, organizational development and other areas of the employee lifecycle
- Provide advisory in performance planning, interpretation of company policies and programs, performance management, employee relations, talent development and retention activities
- Be responsible for HR Administration & Payroll area with 1 direct report dedicated to this area and cooperation with the external provider
- Deliver consultative support and guidance to managers on implementation and coordination of core global and local HR team programs
- Guide managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve complex HR issues (e.g., performance management, rewards, talent aqusition)
- Develop and implement HR-related projects and participate in special projects as needed
- Deliver and develop engagement plans for the organization with managers and Leadership Team support
- Active participation in creating and executing training & development programs
- Promote a culture of feedback and open communication
- Work in collaboration with the People & Performance Team both in Warsaw and Pudliszki

- Min. bachelor's degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources, Economy, Law
- 4-5+ years of professional experience in the HR department of an international company, with at least 3-4 years of experience in the HR Business Partner role
- Experience in FMCG or related industries with operations spreaded across different regions would be an asset
- Excellent in Polish and English both verbal & written
- Solid judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company, managers and employees
- Strong talent for coordination organizational tasks with enthusiasm and curiosity
- A team player committed to taking on an independent, structured and innovative way of thinking
- Demonstrated success in consultative support to coach leaders across multiple levels
- Dynamic, proactive approach to problem and conflict solving
- Very comfortable with constant changes and passionate abour HR
