Account Executive - Visa payments

What you'll do:

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to coordinate with HR team to process the payments for all VISA related expenses of employees
• Review the reconciliation files and ensure the accuracy of the base details/cost mapping against an employee code.
• Timely processing of various visa processing wallets (E-dirham/Noqodi/Petty Cash) for smooth onboarding process.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure payouts are correct
• Prepare and maintain all payout related accounting files, records, schedules, general ledger
• Support monthly/quarterly accounting close activities, account maintenance and reconciliations, financial reporting and variance analysis, etc.
• Review and improve the processes and systems to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and security.
• Assist in processing EOS tickets and AP related stuff

What You will need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, General Accounting or a similar field
• 0-1 Minimum of relevant experience in a similar role
• Exposure to eCommerce Industry
• Extensive knowledge of VISA rules and regulations of middle east region.
• You have strong technical skills in Microsoft / Google Suite - MS excel
