Full Stack Engineer – SaaS-Utrecht (Hybrid) Up to 85k

My client is redefining how professionals manage real estate portfolios. With a smart and scalable SaaS platform, they bring structure and control to a domain that’s traditionally been complex and fragmented. The platform is designed for those who keep cities running , from property managers to financial controllers, giving them the clarity they need to make better decisions, faster.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can eventually take on a technical leadership role within the team. Ideally, someone with strong interpersonal skills who can guide and inspire the team in the right direction, both technically and collaboratively.

You will join a team of 9 (and growing), working closely with both Dutch and English-speaking engineers. Whether your strength is full-stack, backend, or DevOps, your input will be critical in building a thoughtful engineering culture and in solving problems that go far beyond code.

Requirements:

• Experience with .NET is essential, while familiarity with Angular is a plus (Or React or Vue) you should feel comfortable picking up the frontend as needed.

• Comfortable with a hybrid work setup (±2 days/week in the office)

• Collaborative mindset and awareness of team and cultural fit
